Orders received before 1 PM (Local time i n Post Falls) are fulfilled and shipped the same day. We provide shipment tracking numbers in all order confirmation emails. Orders over $100 ship FREE. Orders under $100 will be charged a $16.95 flat rate.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a money-back return policy. Simply return any item to us in its orginal condition and we will process a full refund for the product. We do not pay for return shipping and we do not "refund" shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that may be lost during the return process. Please use shipment tracking and signature confirmation when sending items back in order to avoid shipment tracking and lost shipment problems.
For US and most international countries: You may return your item(s) up to 30 days from the order date.
For EU countries: You may return your item(s) up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
If you have created an account, you can login to your account on the top right on our website, and request a return within your account. This ensures we have a record of the return and we are aware of the return request. This helps expedite refund processing but it is NOT required.
Refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days after we receive a return, however the refund may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing month.
Sales Tax
Because we are located in the USA, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order. All orders from customers outside of the USA will not not be charged state sales tax.
Please Note: EU Customers must pay VAT to EU authorities if the gift order is large and the EU Authority requires VAT payments.
