Delicate images of the well known story of Alice in Wonderland are painted in the most detailed manner on 5 out of 6 sides of this truly stunning and one-of-a-kind Russian lacquer box. This box was handmade out of papier-mache and hand painted all the way around (except the bottom side) in Palekh style. It is signed by the artist S. Perova.
